Yggdrasil is known for innovation, and with Carol of the Elves, the developer has shown that innovation doesn’t have to be complex. There are criticisms to be found here, there could be more themed symbols on the reels, and a wild symbol wouldn’t hurt either.
Visually, this isn’t the best Yggdrasil slot (although it’s still pretty to look at) but it does capture the Christmas theme nicely. Any downsides are swiftly forgiven by the bonus feature, however.
